Conveyor belt splicing and vulcanizing

Our trained technicians having on field experience of 15 to 30 yrs are exceptional fitters. We give minimum 1yr GUARANTEE on our joints. Our clients have praised us for our joints, lasting for 3-4yrs.

Patchwork/repairing/reconditioning

We can repair any type of cuts, wear & tear, holes etc on the belt which enables you to use and reuse the belts for a longer period rather than purchasing new belts each time.

Damages like – lengthwise, widthwise through cuts, sides of the belt damaged or worn out, see through holes etc all can be repaired at a cost as low as less than 60% of the price of a new belt.

Pulley Lagging

We can do lagging of pulleys with rubber sheets of any thickness (10mm,15mm,20mm etc). Our trained technicians are fully equipped to rubberize pulleys of any size and diameter. Our adhesives are of the best quality, used for rubber to metal bonding.

Waste Management

Large quantities of conveyor belts are thrown away as scrap which can be used to convert into useable conveyor belts. We do an audit and give you a report on how much you can save from converting your scrap.
